We’re glad you have been enjoying the ease and productivity of BOC Online and BOC Mobile Banking. Now, we’re adding more features and services to make them even better. The enhancements include the most sought-after electronic banking services that focus on convenience and ease of use. We think you’ll enjoy the new look and feel!

The new features will be available beginning Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019.

Important Announcement: Both online and mobile have new security features. During setup you will be required to authenticate via text or phone call. You will need to know your USER ID and PASSWORD, as well as have a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER.

Beginning on Feb. 14, a new app will be available for download on your mobile device. Your current mobile banking app will continue to work for 30 days after Feb. 14. After 30 days, only the new app will work.

Our electronic banking services will continue to offer the same features you already use, while adding even more. Below are a few of the new services you will enjoy:

• Remote mobile deposit – Use your mobile device to deposit a check from anywhere!
• External transfers – Available for both online and mobile customers.
• Person to person transfers – Available for Bill Pay customers.

As the enhancements are implemented, access to Bill Pay and electronic transfers will not be available on Tuesday, Feb. 12 and Wednesday, Feb. 13. Any bills already scheduled to be paid during that time will be processed as specified. However, you will not be able to schedule any new payments or check a bill payment status on those days.
